TRAIN IN THE COMFORT OFÂ YOUR HOME
For many, gyms and training outside don't appeal. I can bring a variety of equipment to your home so you, and your partner or friend, can benefit from working out with any interruptions and with no one watching or judging you. Even three years on, covid and other viruses, are now part of our new reality, adding a barrier for many. I am happy to wear a mask while you are training and sanitising equipment.

Outdoor training sessions
While exercising indoors is valuable, research shows that exercising outside requires more energy, forcing our bodies to get better workouts and burn added calories and fat. The sun produces Vitamin D which significantly boosts our immune system can help protect from osteoporosis, some forms of cancer and heart disease.

Online training
Family commitments, work stress and the general busyness of our modern world often makes it feel impossible to commit to a healthy excercise plan.
I offer online classes and personal sessions so you reap the benefits of working out at home! There are now no excuses to miss sessions due to getting stuck in traffic, or being away for work.

Rehabilitation and joint pain relief
Joint pain: it throbs, aches, and hurts. It may make you think twice about everyday tasks. The right set of exercises can be a long-lasting way to tame ankle, knee, hip, or shoulder pain. If you have sore joints or you are not sleeping adding a gruelling boot camp style exercise regime often doesn't achieve the result we desire.
I have always been passionate about helping people become the best versions of themselves. Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness is worth the discomfort. What is the cost of Personal training sessions
An individualised 1 hour program with my guidance and support thorough out the session $70 (All home, outdoor and rehabilitation session are one hour)

How many days per week do I need to work out?
Depending on your health and fitness goals, you'll need to commit to a minimum of 3 days exercise a each week. This can however be varied and most importantly enjoyable. A brisk walk with your friend or the dog, a cycle in the sunshine, a run, a game of golf or bowls or a swim, a pilates or yoga class or even dancing
Anything that gets your body moving andÂ
makes your feel alive.
Do I need to purchase expensive equipment or have an exercise room to train at home.
No, there is no need to purchase any equipment. I will have a variety of equipment that I will bring along to our sessions. You just need comfortable clothing. Some clients in time will invest in small pieces of equipment they are finding helpful for their routines.
